Can I place an order now?
You can build a basket and submit an order request. Laundivo will confirm stock, final product details, delivery and payment. PayFast checkout stays off until the storefront is deliberately activated.
Are the displayed prices final?
The catalogue prices are provisional website prices in South African rand and exclude delivery. Laundivo will confirm the final amount before payment while the store is in catalogue mode.
Can I add a Laundivo label?
A printed Laundivo label is shown as an optional R1 add-on per selling unit. Final label availability and application will be confirmed with your order.
Are the product images exact?
The supplied images are presentation mock-ups. Check the final product listing and order confirmation for the confirmed colour, capacity, dimensions, closure and pack quantity.
How will delivery work?
Delivery options, fees and estimated lead times will be shown or confirmed before payment. The site is ready for optional BobGo fulfilment syncing once Laundivo activates it.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Laundivo promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Your statutory rights under South African consumer law are not limited by the site policy.
