Delivery & returns.
How Laundivo confirms delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds for South African customers.

1. Catalogue mode
The website currently operates in catalogue mode. A basket or order request is not accepted as a final sale until Laundivo confirms stock, final product specifications, the delivery charge and the amount payable in writing. No payment is taken on this website while PayFast checkout is disabled.
2. Delivery area and fees
Laundivo intends to deliver within South Africa. Available methods, fees, any free-delivery threshold and estimated timing will be displayed or confirmed before payment. Delivery estimates begin after payment has cleared and are not guarantees where delays arise outside Laundivo’s reasonable control.
3. Address accuracy and receipt
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, postal code and reachable telephone number. Laundivo may charge the reasonable cost of a second delivery where the original attempt fails because the supplied details were incomplete or no authorised person was available to receive the parcel.
4. Inspection on delivery
Please inspect the parcel promptly. Report missing, incorrect, visibly damaged or defective items as soon as reasonably possible, with the order number and clear photographs where available. This helps Laundivo assess the matter and arrange the appropriate remedy.
5. Cooling-off right for qualifying online purchases
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may cancel a qualifying electronic transaction for goods within seven days after receipt, without reason or penalty. The consumer may be responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods. Statutory exclusions may apply.
6. Change-of-mind returns
In addition to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, Laundivo may accept an unused, unwashed, unlabelled item in its original packaging if the return is requested within seven days after delivery. Obtain written return instructions before sending anything. Unless the item is defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by law, the customer is responsible for safe return and the direct return cost.
7. Goods that cannot be resold
A change-of-mind return may be refused where the goods were used, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, personalised, labelled at the customer’s request, or cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene reasons. This restriction does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed goods.
8. Defective or unsafe goods
South African consumers have statutory rights, including the implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act. Where goods fail to meet the applicable standards within the statutory period, the available remedy may include repair, replacement or refund as provided by law, subject to the facts of the matter and lawful exceptions.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Laundivo may inspect returned goods before completing a refund. Any lawful deduction or non-refundable delivery cost will be explained in writing. Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear.
10. Contact
Start a delivery or return query through the contact page or email hello@laundivo.co.za. Include your order reference and enough information to identify the transaction.
